We all had dreams while we were young. Some of us remember them. Some of us still dream them, or actually live them.
Why is it that so few of us follow the ambitions of our youth? One could consider that it is a genetic thing. Possibly an inherited characteristic. That is something for the philosophers and genetic researchers to mull and argue over for whatever period of time it may take.
Dreams, and sometimes quite lofty ones at that, are not all, that a lot of of us have lost or forgotten. I now suggest that the tenacity and relative lack of knowledge of youth buffers them from quailing at the likely rigours required to resolve such dreams into actuality. This has developed an almost staid endorsement of the mundane. We have forgotten how to dream!
Many of those on-line seem to be dreaming again, or at least attempting to dream once more. To hope without having passion and belief could be considered as just an idle wandering of thoughts.
Contemplate oneself as that hankering youth, focused on those dreams so easily achievable to the young, fecund imagination. Hurdles, as opposed to being avoided, are welcomed as an opportunity.
Maybe, as these energetic minds grew further within the regulated societies in which we exist, they were inexorably conditioned to their typical condition. A condition that decried diversity and, very often, achievement.
Breaking free from the conditioning and allowing the dreams to motivate you could be the start of your pathway to on-line success. Your hopes and dreams should become your passion. Resilience and tenacity are essential companions as dream building and the bringing of them to fruition, is never going to be an effortless task.
